How long until my site goes live?
Essentiel projects take around 3 weeks. Signature projects around 6 weeks. Sur-Mesure projects run 10 to 14 weeks depending on scope. Start dates depend on current bookings.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full code and all assets are handed over at launch. No proprietary lock-in.
Do you handle hosting?
Recommendation and setup are included. The hosting itself is billed by the provider of your choice, typically 10 to 50 euros per month.
What if I need changes after launch?
Minor fixes are covered by the post-launch support window: 30 days for Essentiel, 60 days for Signature, 90 days for Sur-Mesure. After that, the hourly rate applies, or you can move to a monthly maintenance contract.
How are payments structured?
Fixed projects follow a 30/40/30 schedule: 30% on signature, 40% on design approval, 30% on delivery. Sur-Mesure uses a four-milestone schedule (20/20/30/30). Hourly work is billed weekly, net 15.
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes. Shopify is where I do my best work. See Shopify projects in the portfolio.
Do you build e-commerce outside Shopify?
Only for significant projects. Get in touch to discuss scope.
Do you take on ongoing maintenance?

Because my cost structure is in Mauritius, not in France. How does collaboration work from Mauritius?
Mauritius (GMT+4) overlaps the European workday: meetings in the morning and afternoon, deliveries in the evening. For UK/US clients, calls happen at end of European day or US morning. Standard collaboration tools (Slack, Linear, Figma, GitHub, Notion). No cultural or linguistic gap.
